		<description>It happens with some frequency. Her ability to get a Nigerian passport would depend on Nigerian law. I doubt British immigration would make any effort to stop them from leaving unless you had some sort of lookout on them.  I can&#039;t speak towards your daughter&#039;s rights if she were to go with their daughter to Nigeria.</description>
