It’s not the capital building. Your not going to the library. You want to enter private property for the purposes of consuming a controlled drug. The management has the sole responsibility of maintaining control of the establishment at all times, sometimes that means refusing people at the door.

One way to fix the problem is to put some decent clothes on, stop looking like your out to cause trouble, and get rid of that chip on your shoulder. Don’t like it? Too bad. One of the best tools a bouncer has is his instincts regarding patrons. If a patron seems like trouble why bother letting him in in the first place! If the patron seems nice, and looks like he’s gonna treat the bar staff and other customers well then he is likely to get in.

Easy. Toss some haggis on the ground, when he bends over to pick it up,his kilt will fly up in the air, snap a pic of his bare bum with your phone, then tell him you plan to post the pic on arsebook for all to see unless he admits you. He will totally let you in!

The BUSINESS has the right to refuse entry. The bouncer is the OFFICIAL agent of the business. In short, the only legal way to avoid the bouncer is not going to the business.
