What Is the Tune Called on the Waste Aware Scotland Advert for Reusing Plastic Bags?

There is an advert on the radio and television at the moment for Waste Aware Scotland for re-using plastic bags (in the television advert an elephant is made out of a blue plastic bag). I recognize the tune that plays in the advert but can’t remember where it’s from (possibly an old tv show??). Can anyone help me as it’s really starting to bug me! Thanks.
