Rebecca R asked:

I was just wondering, as last summer I went on holiday with a group of Scottish girls to Switzerland, and we meet some American teens.
They asked questions like “So is Scotland a town in England?” (answer:NO)
“OMG your English is so good!”(english is the spoken language in Scotland)
“Do you wear kilts all the time?” (answer:NO)

I was just wondering if these thoughts were widespread throughout America?

What do you think of Scotland and the Scots? There’s some pretty bad steriotyping of the Scottish, but it’s a great place to live, I love it.
