I am so happy that he didn’t get his "rich self" way this time. I saw the pictures of the place and it is so beautiful. It’s beauty is part of the reason I have dreamed of visiting Scotland. Do you agree, or do you think he should have gotten his way?

I like cheese girl XP™ asked: Ever since I was in 7th grade I wanted to visit Scotland. And now I may go on a trip to Scotland as a graduation present. But I admit I don’t know that much about the culture besides the guys with the bear skin hats with the kilt and bagpipes.
But if you have anything to say about visiting Scotland, or have a story that could be helpful on my trip, please tell.
If it helps I just recently went to London on a band trip.

And what percent of the country is fluent in English? Enough that I could ask someone on the street for the time in English and it wouldn’t be considered rude?
